Any number of circumstances can lead to young people ending up on the streets. Family issues, drug and alcohol abuse, neglect, violence - the list goes on. The youth of Omaha are no different, and on the streets they face similar and often greater challenges.
With patience, persistence, and support, YES has helped many youth find jobs, kick the habit, get an apartment, find self-worth, and ultimately make decisions that will change their lives for the better.
